CAL INC Environmental Institute

My name is Tina Vargas, and I am the Training Manager for CAL INC Training, doing business as CAL INC Environmental Institute. I am also proud to be part of the family behind our family-owned business, which has been serving clients since 1979.

With over 20 years of experience working within the company, I have developed extensive knowledge across multiple areas of the business. A few years ago, I transitioned into the Training Department, where I now focus on coordinating and supporting CAL INC’s Environmental and Safety Training programs. In this role, I help ensure that individuals and organizations receive high-quality training in areas such as OSHA compliance, asbestos, lead safety, HAZWOPER, mold awareness, and other environmental and safety-related courses.

I take pride in contributing to a company that values safety, education, and quality service while continuing a family legacy that has served the community for more than four decades.
